15-Day Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Products should be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items, such as coins, utensils, and idols, are not eligible for return.
- Return applicable for goods purchased in India.
- All Returns, Exchange & Refund requests to be raised by reaching out to our customer care either via email or helpline (refer below for contact details). A service request number will be generated once our customer care validates your details.
- Once the item is received on our warehouse our Quality Assurance department will inspect the item the refund will be initiated 5 to 7 working days.
